Real NZ Supercity/Orbx NZNI compatibility patch

Attached is a test patch to make Real New Zealand Supercity compatible with Orbx NZNI. It is a very simple patch this time. If you have both these sceneries installed please give it a go and let me know how you get on.

Issues to look for:
Landclass mismatches around the coast/edges of the Super city scenery;
Any doubled-up features which I've missed.

Thanks!

Almost forgot -- unlike Real NZ Nelson, this doesn't include a coastline fix to get rid of the Orbx mudflats etc, so the coastline will display these beyond the blend in parts. This is a minor issue which hopefully shouldn't annoy users too much.

I've now released the patch on the Godzone Store site, with just one small change in the readme file to make it clear that for this to work (and any other Real NZ scenery patch) you need to use the FTX Central tool to set the FTX Scenery Insertion Point.

You should just have to set this once, just make sure that the Insertion Point is BELOW any Real New Zealand scenery, but ABOVE Vector Land Class if you only have one Orbx island installed.

Remember that in this case, 'above' and 'below' are strictly in relation to how the Scenery Library appears on-screen in the Insertion Point tool!

Setting the priority of FTX scenery within the FSX Scenery Library does not work reliably, as FTX Central will reset this whenever you change FTX regions, hence the need to set the FTX Insertion Point.
