I don't think there's any photoscenery yet but a basic version of the airport is in VLC's South Island Airfields addon and a more detailed version by Nick Hobart can be found on flightsim.com.

I'm using the latter until something better comes along (winks at Ian and Timmo) winkyy.gif

Hope that helps,

I spend eleven months of the year in the UK and one in NZ. I'm hoping to improve that... ;-)

I have looked at it but it cost a few $$$$ to get the high def photos so unless it is done as a payware and there are enough interested buyers then it is not worth paying the $$$ to do sad.gif

If someone can figure out a solution for the background, I could help with the models -- I photographed most of NZGM last year, it's quite a simple airport really, except for its proximity to the city.

What about rebuilding the B & W , the area is not that large , scow the land from photoreal already free and build on that studying google to correct information . small town may be an interesting project .

A good idea for the city, but the airport really needs at least 30cm, preferably 15cm textures, if you want to go the photo-texture way. Although I only do airports based on an aerial image, there are other ways, I guess, and I'm looking at that at the moment for Timaru. The only real problem is that using standard FSX landclass textures rules out compatibility with Orbx.
