P-3C Repaint and Hello from U.S.

Discuss aircraft addons and repaints for Flight Simulator here

Postby oldcitypainter » Fri Mar 30, 2012 4:54 am

Hello All, I received an invite from Ian to join in on the forum. Thanks Ian! I also created 2 repaints for the P-3C Orion from KBT with the NZ markings. One is in the original colors and one is in the all grey scheme. I did these quite a few years ago. I no longer upload any repaints on the Sim websites due to piracy of my work. I still have both of the P-3 skins on my computer as .zip files and will send to your E-mail address if requested....Enjoy! Again thanks for the invite to the forum....

Welcome to NZFF from another US member! (The others will be here sooner or later to welcome you. Midday for us is middle of the night for them!)

You should post images of your repaints. I'm sure there are a number of people here that would be interested in them!

hello there! I have a feeling I may have sent you an email to say thanks for the repaint.. maybe....it might have been someone else for another repaint, sorry if I'm confused.
Either way, I am grateful for these paints you did and have them locked away safely on CD for whenever I need to reinstall. Thanks very much, from a big P3 Orion fan.
Cheers

Conner, You are more than welcome! I have 2 more P.M.'s for the textures in my mailbox which I will get out tomorrow! It's 3 A.M. here and I need to get some beauty sleep. Lord knows I need it!

Thanks to all for the hearty welcome! It is most appreciated! I'll be looking forward to being a member of the NZFF!

Great repaints clapping.gif and Welcome to NZFF, it will be a pleasure having you on the site if you produce something like this every once in while - even if you don't it's still good to welcome you.

Nice Screen! Here is a fictional paint I did quite some time back...I was playing around with bare metal textures to see how I could do.

After the few Jiggers and jumps and even a few rattles in Christchurch the last couple days back , Tsunami warning P3's maybe required for the months Screen Shot Competition , and if one is incoming i'm sure this could watch for the weather cool.gif

Better start a New posting at a FS site Greg thumbup1.gif I'm sure plenty are going to want to test this one out .

Well its been a big week with the passing of my wifes mother on the 1st of this month, she was a great lady and will be sadly missed by all that new her. Now that family have all gone home I have managed some sim time tonight, and to thank you for the wonderfull repaints. They make a great addition to my NZ P3 collection.
