NZ Airspace & NAT Tracks

Hi Guys,
Hoping someone can help with an issue I've just discovered in my FS9 setup.
I recently updated the NZ Airspace freebie released around 2005 with the later version released in 2008.
Since then, I have lost some of the waypoints at the UK entry/exit points of the NAT tracks.
The NAT track files i found on Avsim (NAT ver4.0) by Gianfranco Corrias worked fine before with the old NZ Airspace file.
I replaced the new NZ file with the old file & all works fine.
There must be some sort of conflict with the new file.
The waypoints lost are between N50 W015 & N54 W015 inclusive.
I really would appreciate any help here, as i prefer the new NZ Airspace file as it includes Samoa, Tonga, Cooks, etc.
