Just started last Monday at IAANZ (CAC) for my 2 year PPL, CPL, MEIR, ATPL course. Going well so far! Got my Law and Nav exams on Friday! Nervous as heck.

Any tips?

Cheers,
ScottyB

I would second that. Considering making it up as a poster for my wall even.

Just got back yesterday from a weekend trip, Hamilton - Dunedin and back. Certainly learn't a bit about flying in horrible weather, as well as getting to cross the straight at 5500 feet.

Congratulations to Ben and ZKBJC. Tremendous efforts and wonderful milestones to reach on your way to professional careers. I recall after my CPL flight test, many years ago, the flight testing officer (Bruce James) said in his typically laconic style "That's a pass......but no one will employ you. You're too slow with the paperwork!" smile.gif
Remember the 50-50-90 rule. Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong!

DA-42 Type Rating tomorrow! Scary stuff. Better do some extra leg presses to handle the asymmetric rudder forces. I hope it goes well, as I only started flying the Twinstar last week!
