Hi all. I want to fly on a MD-11, I am yet to see one fly into New Zealand. What would you recommend close by for anyone wanting to travel on such a awesome Aircraft?

Unfortunately I think only KLM are still flying the MD11 with passengers? And I doubt it will be for much longer either. They are all headed towards hauling cargo!

Current passenger operators
KLM (10) - is the last airline operating MD-11s on regular intercontinental flights in 2011.
World Airways (7) - is also operating five MD-11s and two MD-11ERs for passenger transport.

Only chance i saw a MD11 was late 90s and was a Korean airways ,One caused a lot off who ha on one his landings on runway 29 reconded the runway was to short

Sometimes you do wonder who really is driving the planes , many call us armchair aviators and may only have a few hours real .. but who do they really get to fly some off these international flights , more off us behind the PC appear to be more skilled ... and me i',m more than willing to do a few laps to prove a point .
