Traffic

An area to discuss scenery addons for virtual NZ

Guys any idea as to what dictates where the road traffic runs.
Cities main roads inside NZ have screeds of it. But dont get to see any on rural roads or side streets. Normal MSFS or problem???

FSX traffic is generally restricted to motorways. In fact it is labelled 'freeway' traffic, and was designed specifically for that. It is not possible to fine-tune traffic enough to make it work everywhere else, but some scenery goes a little way towards giving more traffic. It does tend to run at only one speed (based on the region's average freeway speed) so it it too fast for most urban streets.

I really love this traffic as you approach Wigram as the car and trucks travel the Southern motorway and Blenheim road , i wouldnt be without it .
