Sorry I got sidetracked so only just got around to doing the approches:

ILS/DME 21 seems to be fine but the PAPI seems to be off and it only gives all white if above G/S and all red if below ie:

Did all the VORTAC approches okay (08, 26, 03 21) PAPI seems fine on 08 and 26

Takeoff's are optional. Landings are mandatory.

Sounds like you may need Snowman's "Scenery Objects Library" - that's what I was missing when I got something similar.

This may be the wrong thread for this, but when I enable this library it almost totally kills my FSX. If I'm in the main menu and click a button (to change time, for instance) I have a full THREE MINUTE wait till I can move on. Lots of disk activity. I've defragged my HD frequently and no difference. As soon as I disable that library, all is back to normal.

I get the same. They're not PAPI - they're T-VASI - so I'm wondering whether FSX is modelling them properly. Either that, or the approach angle for T-VASI in the AFCAD needs to be different to PAPI's (which I somehow doubt).
