Excellent! I was hoping to see this destination come back for FSX in the future!
It'll get plenty of use from me!

Thanks for the excellent work!

Just got them both loaded up ... they really are *excellent*!!! New_Zealand_etc.gif clapping.gif

BTW - for those of us that are really quite scenery-dumb (like me), you may need to add a line to your instructions that you only need the .bgl files in your Static Objects Library. I found I had to remove all the .xml files etc. for the scenery to "take" in FSX.

I also would like to thank you. Have only installed Napier at this stage and do not see the ships and cranes at the port. I seem to have installed all the object files you have mentioned plus VLC etc. What am I missing?

You are missing nothing Clyde.
The ships and objects at the port are not a part of the airport scenery.
Its a totally separate "companion" scenery im working on, just as i did for FS9.

VLC

versus

Raw Napier photoreal

Well, pretty close to fitting the photoreal ground textures..
I see i may have to do a modified version to fit the photoreal when its finished,.............. assuming of course youre not building an airport
to go with the photoreal................

Thanks Snowman ... awesome. I've been using your FS04 version for some time now but it tended to cut frame rates in half ... this FSX one will be just the thing.

Thankyou Snowman. So good to see you back again. These really are quality sceneries. You just get better and better. So glad you finally succumbed to FSX wink.gif

Well Done,

Depends which FS2004 version you were using. I did 2 of them over the years.
The second version was MUCH better in every respect, including frame rates in FS2004.

Yeah, just an afcad with VLC libraries and default FSX library objects. But I'll probably stop working on it as your Hawkes Bay airports is better than mine! biggrin.gif
