I found a great book today at a sale, its called Warbird Legends by John Dibbs. Over 200 pages of amazing photos, and history.
Some shots from here in NZ...Corsair and Avenger . Its given me some great ideas for screens.
Check out your local papertree shop.....i shouldnt have....but i did.

Forgot to add....its $30....worth every cent......Im looking forward to Gavins book as well, his stuff is as good as anything in this one.

I got this out the Library a while ago but some !@#$% ripped a lot of the pages out (I found a lot aircaft books here with pages ripped out@$#$%%^&!). I will keep an eye out for this book second hand.

I have John Dibbs Spitfire book which is very nice ...includes Alpine's Mark XIV and IX.

Ive found the same Naki (damaged library books) had one a few months ago , a Don Logan book on Phantoms, and just about every full page photo had been surgically removed

Some people have no respect for anything .....i hate seeing books damaged or destroyed.....library staff seemed resigned to the fact that it was going to happen.

I live in second hand book shops, if i spot a good copy, I'll grab it for you.

Cheers..not much chance seeing it here in a s/h shop as there is only one decent s/h book shop here

That is pathetic what people do , ill stick with buying and build my own library .
