Hard drive cloning software

I need to clone my c: drive to a new hard drive, it's more than likely going to be a one-off thing so I don't really want to spend $50 USD on True Image or $70 on Norton Ghost. Any recommendations from the experts on cheaper options ?

Cheers
Gary
