Crazy wind shifts

A forum specifically to discuss the latest and greatest of all flight simulators

I'm sure everyone who reads this will know what I'm talking about, those dramatic wind shifts that slam you aircraft about from side to side with huge direction changes. Happened today when flying the aerosoft airbus and it tossing it around like a rag doll. I have read that it is a known issue and have read some older forums but was wondering if anyone has seen a fix or programme that deals with this issue in more recent times?

I use the Wind Smoothing option in FSUIPC which lessens the effect of wind shifts.

Is that the full version or the free one?

I have many products that come with FSUIPC , use that with real world weather with REX2 into Wellington makes for an interesting trip , most don't realize that only three point are registered with real world weather in the sim , Auckland - Wellington - Christchurch and heard Queenstown may also have a link , best thing to do is learn the ride and enjoy .

You'll need the full/registered version - its money well spent though.....
