Fantastic stuff..going back to the Airvan/NZKI post - is that the Brian Gladden model? Where did you get the repaint?

Going back further - yes the Carenado C340 does look nice and another possibilty ..I also see that Carenado have a Baron (as in Beech Baron not of the red Triplane variety!) in the works as well.

Yes it is, I did a quick paint just for the photo, not for release. (But if someone can't live without it, PM me...}

Interestingly, to get to the North Island from the South Island, you go East...
Wellie is almost exactly due east of Picton, so there we go

In all these shots I have used real-time METARS feeding Active Sky.
SO you are at the mercy of the weather, and sure enough, Wellington turned a little blustery on the day:

Yes to both...search Tracy Henry on flightsim.com.
I stripped the shipping and AFCADs down to just the three ferries and cruise liner, as I found that sufficient for my needs.

Marty...just go with the flow, man...

Let's punctuate the trip with a real postcard!
Out of Wellington last week, there was this hole blown in the clouds, and its cap sitting a few thousand ft above...amazing to watch
