Cresco Now Available At Avsim

Read and report on flightsim developers progress of upcoming or completed products

Postby deaneb » Wed Feb 02, 2011 6:05 pm

The final version of my Cresco has now been uploaded to www.avsim.com. Just search the file library for "Cresco" (54MB file)
This version of the six different models includes some more enhancements that were not available via the previously available files. So if you haven't downloaded from Avsim, then you don't have the most up-to-date version !!

Enhancements include:
- Removed prop disc shadow.
- Allowed differential braking.
- Fixed tendency for nose wheel to sink in the ground when applying power or brakes.
- Added a 3d recess in bulkhead between seats for the hopper window.
- Activated the hopper light switch to "illuminate" the hopper interior when viewed in the hopper window.

I took the cresco up last night for a test flight. It's a sweet, well-behaved plane! And it looks great.

Teriffic work!

David Gunson on Soviet ATC: "They have a super system there. When you want to fly from say Moscow to Leningrad, you are give three things: A height, a route and a speed. If you deviate from any of these three things you are joined by two MIG's on each wing and you land at the nearest available airfield. The passengers continue by coach, and the crew are never seen again. ... It's a super system, they don't get repetitive faults...
