Just about to begin making this scenery for FS2004. Hope to include a rendition of the racecourse and grandstand, too.

laugh.gif Yep, will be a great day when we get to see anything close to that on our flight sim. And probably 10 years the way things are going now... sad.gif

screenshot...not as real-looking as Trolly's....still got to do a couple of things to it, though.

Not happy with the Grandstand, though. Maybe my interpretation of the view from Google Earth is wrong. Its placement looks a bit weird for a grandstand.

Oh...it could be the stables, maybe?

Does anyone know?

Yeah...I wondered if anyone would spot that. I did think about it, but thought it a bit ambitious, logistically. Maybe version 2, along with punters.

I was thinking of shifting some of the stables, too, since I've just discovered a photo online that shows a bit more detail.

Lawrie might be converting to FSX.

Am currently doing FS9 version of Cromwell AD - NZCW. Lawrie might convert that, too...and maybe add his usual eye-candy.

Hmmm...already started to fiddle for version 2. Just made the hedge inside track.

Cheers, IslandBoy77.

After adding the hedge, I discover that this racecourse only has a white rail.

This might be a little more difficult to make...and may not look good with certain graphics cards.

I'll keep the hedge there meantime.
