It depends- Some may be simple elevation fixes if the actual alignment is ok, others that are way out include a bit more (easier to do while you are there), some include buildings....some don't...it's a mixed bag. Snowman also has a heap of airports to release after the patch is done too and Robin, as well as working on the basic airports also has a few re-works and new airports to release too

I see on the VLC website theres are airport download page in the downloads area, with no airports as of yet, is the actual patch not going to include airports, however as they are upgraded, they will be released on the VLC website?
Hope it comes out soon!
Cheers, Jimmy
Hi Jimmy- It is coming along, the mesh is done as the VLC landclass component and 90% of the base vector data.
I'm just working on the airports at the moment- We haven't quite decided how we are going to release these as yet. There will no longer be issues with the VLC runways/airport extents clashing with the default data so even standard airports should fit a bit better (even if the default data is wrong)

Awesome news! Here is to hoping for no real problems

It's *quiet* ... the natives are friendly ... great beaches, good tramping/fishing but I don't know about hunting.
Sadly, it's become within reach of [the dreaded] Auckland, so property prices have spiralled up, way beyond what the *locals* can afford. Ferry operators have tripled their costs for freight, so all the products in the local shops are now ludicrously expensive. I know a few long-time GB residents that have had to move back to the mainland. Seems to be the way things go these days - there won't be much of the "old" NZ leftLast edited by Adamski on Tue Dec 21, 2010 11:50 am, edited 1 time in total.
