Missing Boat Traffic

I just recently wiped all of my AI, and am in the process of putting the latest and greatest back into the system again. I have New Zealand pretty well set right now (NZ GA AI Package with HTAI, WOAI airlines, etc.)

However, I found out about something called the "Marlborough Sounds AI Boat Pack" by Tracy Henry on Avsim which would really liven up my ocean environment in the area.
Well, simply put, the update is there, but I have yet to locate the original package for FS2004.
Any help?

The update filename on Avsim is cook_strait_boats_update.zip
