I did indeed do a PV270 repaint for Paul Rebuffat's FS9 model - this is available at Flightsim.com and NZFSim - but now I have FSX I think I shall invest in the RealAir IX.

And back to Corsairs....

ZK-COR visits New Plymouth

A ground-to-air shot many of us will have seen first-hand at Kiwi airshows since 2004....and the same from a chase plane, showing how low he was!

Any progress on the 1960s "Josephine" paint? biggrin.gif

Thanks Paul - I do remember Zac's paint...but I can't find the Rebuffet MK IX model anywhere!

Of course if all else fails the ALPHA Spit is still around, and shouldn't be too hard to make it into an AL cool.gif

Thanks Markus!
I see the model has some tricky texture mapping issues...

Everybody fed up with Corsairs? rolleyes.gif

What about this one?

It's the Aeroplane Heaven model (this time, it's a true FG-1D!), showing ZK-COR in its Wanaka 2004 livery.
This repaint features main textures made by John Terrell (he did the awesome USN skins of ZK-COR) and he kindly allowed me to use and re-release them. So my share on this one is limited in pasting some insignia and tailcodes.

One bummer:

The rudder's port side seems to have some distorsions, so the '648' appears a little twisted and wacky. I think I'll better omit the number on this side...

Up soon!

Cheers,
Markus.
