My choice would be the 757.

However - I hear the FMC is pretty basic and its generally buggy (rush release for Christmas, I wonder?).- http://qwsim.com/index.php/home
Anyone here got it yet (NZ$69)?

Model seems very well done and I read some good things about it. Might worth the research if you are keen on 733.
I have the 50 North 737 series (300/400/500) - the price is ok, but the panels are stock 2D FS2004 B737 panels, as are the sounds, and there is no Virtual Cockpit. IMHO, unless you specifically want the -300/400/500 series aircraft, you would be better off going with the Project Opensky series Boeing 737's.
Might I suggest something a bit different?
Wilco's Bell 609 Tiltrotor
It gives you the speed of a high end twin turboprop, the versatility of a helicopter (but a lot easier to fly) in terms of where you can take off and land at.
Outstanding visual model inside and out, nice VC, Garmin G1000 glass cockpit, detailed passenger compartment, and nice flight dynamics.
Now, it does have a couple things that could use some improvement:
First of all, the sounds seem to be stock KingAir 350
Secondly, you have to remap your throttle to control the propeller pitch axis instead of the throttle. This is easily enough done, but a pain nonetheless (it took me over an hour to figure out what I was doing wrong and why it wouldn't take off LOL).

I've seen V-22's up close and personal a couple times, and yes they are quite impressive (USMC birds from VMM-263 "Thunder Chickens"). It's also the reason I was disappointed in the soundset Wilco used for the 609. Anybody who's been around tilt-rotors know that they have a unique sound all their own. I was able to locate a soundset for a V-22 that works quite nicely with the 609, so I'm quite happy now with it. I placed a few seconds of video of the 609 in my entry for the December Screenshot Competition.
