and another flying kiwi bird.
I'm not 100% sure about the blue color, maybe it has to be darker.
Any thoughts?

Looks about right to me..maybe slightly darker but paint fades

AUX is a rather historical Autocrat..owned by Aeroplane magazine many years ago and landed on two British aircraft carriers (!) before coming to NZ..unfortunately it pranged badly a while back ...hopefully its under rebuild...

I found the only other genuine Autocrat (the other is AUX ) left in NZ. All the others have been converted into Aiglets. I have done some more research at the response at SOH and out of my own interest in Austers.

I dont really care if the repaints are ficticious or not but if you want to repaint a genuine one... not a very good picture though and rather sad looking...

If you search the Air Britain site there are heaps of Autocrats all over the world that could be good repaint subjescts...but I guess you have already done this.

Just a quick note to say that all of Jankees Austers can be found quickly on NZFSIM: Austers

... and a search of all NZ-related repaints by our honorary Kiwi brings up 17: Jankees.
