Here are more photos from Blackbird 2009.

Didn't get to spend much time at Dip Flat but we had a great 1 hour flight that included Air 2 Air, winching, mountain flying as well as low level flying so it was great fun.
Special thanks to the RNZAF and in particular Nigel, Phil, And Paul.

That is neat and just goes to show how small NZ is.
Phil and I go way back and its good to see him doing the job he always wanted to do.

He will head to France to train on the NH90 so thats great news.

Awesome picture of him too Gavin, Im sure he'll be pleased. He probably doesnt know we are members on the same forum!

You should re-direct him to the forum, Im sure he'd be enthusiastic. Say Hi to him for me If I dont first, I hardly ever speak to him these days.

Have you got any pictures of Iroquois #15 by any chance? (That's the one I scored a ride in earlier this year at Whenuapai)
