Just uploaded to my website,............... here.............. http://snowman.ozsimdev.com.au/

Welcome to Chatham Islands Airport (Tuuta), located 10.5 nm north-east of the village of Waitangi.

Hey mate unless they have rebuilt the Air Chathams building over the last year and a bit., it does not look like that....its too flash lol. And where you have that person walking near a white gate...thats an access for heavier vehicles and the baggage truck that goes around to the back of the building (from your pic view) that people claim their baggage. And the Chathams build ing a bit wider. I should have taken a pic of it when I was there.
As an aside. I was allowed into the cockpit of the convair coming into the chathams. I was showed around air chathams flight simulator. Its all analogue and about the size of a house. I showed the instructor my sim in my laptop and the convair I flew to the chathams that morning. lol

It is only a representation of what is there,......... its not meant to be exact down to the smallest detail................
As for being a bit flash,........... yeah, maybe its a bit to clean and sparkly,........... but adds a little more interest to the scenery.
Its certainly better than anything else out there as a scenery for this area,........
Feel free to remove it if you dont like it.............

Lawrie , since this community is so small , you have the model librairy with housing ... you could possibly even make the very small township and even cover most homesteads , make the island really worth a visit !

Kip
, next time your there , you should take photos of the surrounding area for Lawrie , give the general real feel cool.gif
