Took this photo on the practice day at Classic Fighters.
Keith came along with the Corsair as well and along with Stuart in the Kittyhawk we cranked up the bank and had a great old time.
Sent an Australian photographer up as well in a Yak 52 and he got some photos as well which was great.

Good times, more to follow

The caption said , This P-40 Tomahawk seems to have a mouthful of Zero fighter it attacked and destroyed .

ah yes the good old kittyhawk, my grandfather used to speak fondly of them, easy to fix and simple to keep in the air. these and corsairs where his main staple repairs during the pacific campain in the islands, oh and the tiger moth too!!!!
