Anyone run across this with capt sim?

I have been trying to redownload the Legendary f-104 that I purchased 2007-07-11 06:07:37 and lost the drive it was on. I had installed it a number of times previosly always on the same pc, just on different drives as I was setting up my system the way I wanted it. After the drive crashed with the f-104 file on it I have contacted capt sim's (customer service?) about it filled out service tickets only to have them cancelled becasue they claim they have answered the question before. Dear Donald Harris,
Thank you for contacting Captain Sim Customer Support.

I follow all instructions download a file calleddsf104_1200.exe restart pc clik install, get message redis and it quits. Tried using there reactivate email same problem. If I ask them about it in a new service ticket they just cancell it and say they answered it before. Anyone know how to get their attention. I am not buying it again, just want what I paid for. Worst c.s I have ever run across.

Don ,
I had problem long time ago , recall was with the CSYak3 , I had a copy of my payment , with my details , even the code to get it up and running , contacted them directly , think it took them 2/3 day before a reply .

I wonder it my be due to the registry using a new pc , ill see i have any problems reinstalling that model again , and i do have the CS104 , try as well tomorrow .

Contact , not sure, you may have missed it . In the bottom right hand corner .

OK .. YES , Id now be scared to look at how much I have payed to Captain Sim , 9 Items registered excluding FlightOne 727 "aka" Capsim 727 .

First thing required was an order number , this gets me in the door but then .. ooohpps ,

With all the details , not to worry only close to a thousand bucks ! with all i have spent here . umm yeah right Ian over that would'nt ya say!

I will get the software up and running but there happens to be a big problem .

So on with my mission ,

PS: Don after a complete reinstall of FS9 , i never thought i'd have this problem .

I'll install all i have and see what works , with that ill contact Captain Sim with my legacy and recite list .
