Deane, I know! I'm kicking myself for not getting in touch with you prior to the show. As it was, I arranged to meet up with about a dozen different people over the weekend, things were pretty hectic!

The dorsal extension is due to a new fin mod created by WAW and being retrofitted to all our fleet, including the Crescos. Results in a stronger but simpler structure. As a result, I have EGK's original fin in my flat biggrin.gif EML is due to get one soon, looking forward to having her up here, but last I heard she's parked up at Nelson...

Great photos guys. It was an excellent show, and much better for photography than Wanaka biggrin.gif

No Se5as unfortunately, but here's some more Be2f and 504K shots especially for my old mate Paul smile.gif You HAVE to go next time!

Sorry there aren't more shots of ZK-ACU, but I was more stunned, enthralled and impressed by the Be.

And, why the hell not! another picture of everyone's favourite green and grey aircraft, winner of the inaugural Grand Champion Warbird trophy, Spitfire Alpha Lima:

Interesting - thanks for that explanation. I'm pretty sure the Cresco's have always had that type of fin anyway.

Nope, Crescos also being refitted. The structure of the new mod is entirely different to PAC factory spec.
