NZWN dawn runway textures disappear

I have had this problem for a while now, the side textures on the runway at dawn, night and dusk disappear. I think the picture more than explains what I'm seeing:
This only happens at Wellington, and only on the runway i.e. taxiways are fine.
I am using the fsx version of Wellington, even on a fresh install with no addons it happens.
Any ideas what could be causing this? The runway lights? A faulty download?

Do you have the FSX service packs installed?

Yes. I have Acceleration installed

Sorry, I mis-read your post. That's the way Wellington is meant to work, otherwise the photo-textured runway covers up the lights.
