unsure.gif In the case of complete new install of FSX -
does FSX give you any options to save settings and/or addon scenery etc. considering it has already been installed before - or do you lose the lot?
If anybody has the answer would appreciate a reply?
Many thanks.................

If you have Aircraft you want to save.
You can drag holding the Ctrl key to copy, copies of your FSX SimObjects folder, Gauges, Effects and Sound folders onto a USB external drive or into a Temp folder then burn them onto a CD or DVD, these can then be used to replace their respective folders once you have reinstalled your FSX
I would recommend that you reinstall any add-on scenery again.
Hope this helps
Doug
