Yeah my Video card supports up to 2560 x 1600

Does this monitor look like a good contender?

I looked around for a replacement for my CRT a while back ... but found very few LCD's that gave me the full 1200 in *depth*. The ones I did find were hellishly expensive. Bit cheaper now, though.

Are you able to try a resolution on your current [old] monitor with the same vertical resolution as the LCD (1080 or near enough)?

Well it arrived on Monday and it was bigger and wider than I was expecting!

The ViewSonic VX2260WM

So much nicer being able to push the monitor back instead of it being IN YOUR FACE!:

Much more room, I like it! smile.gif

This is my brothers user in case your wondering about the lack of FS shortcuts tongue.gif.......would have taken my user but I'm yet to find an 1920 x 1080 wallpaper that I like smile.gif You seen any?

PS That mark down the side of the case not there, the camera must have stuffed up.

What a coincidence.. Mum just bought a new computer (I guess it's the 'family computer') and it came with the same screen. They're amazing aye? Imagine using a TripleHeadtogo or whatever they are and having three of them! You'd almost get a 360 degree view!

180 degree view I think you mean Tom, 360 you would need 6 monitors tongue.gif

It is pretty cool having a big screen. Shame it distorts my Level D 767 cockpit sad.gif
