Tough one to call, but from my collection, it would be a toss up between...

Commercial airliner = PMDG 747/400
http://precisionmanuals.com/priv/pages/prod/fsx/744x.html

Transport aircraft = Captain Sim C-130
http://captainsim.com/products/c131/

Both are payware.

Right now, I'm really into David Maltby's BAC-111. Download it at www.dmflightsim.co.uk.

My top payware Aircraft is definitely Aerosoft's DHC-6 Twin Otter - with floats, skis, STOL performance and propeller beta range you can pretty much take off and land anywhere.

Yup, I have it and love it. I personally think it's infinitely superior to the PMDG 737. Much nicer looking panel (as in, it just looks more authentic and less cartooney) and it just 'feels' more complete for some reason. My only qualm with it is the FMC seems rather buggy, but in terms of the aircraft (flight model, cockpit systems, sound set etc) I just can't beat it. It also runs on a halfway decent system.

That said, I haven't tried a lot of payware addons.

Payware: (I've bought about 6 payware aircraft over the last 12 months but these would be my faves)
  • +1 vote for the PMDG 1900D, 1st payware I item bought, love it
  • also +1 vote for the Flight1 ATR - the FMC is a little buggy as mentioned but its nicely detailed and great to fly
Freeware: (you name it I've downloaded it but these would be the machines I've done the most miles in for numerous reasons)
  • Greg Pepper's Convair CV580 (filename: CV580.zip) - did a Pacific ocean tour in it, just something I love about the aircraft
  • Bjorn Buchner's H500D (filename: H500D_2.zip) - its a FS2002 model I think but the machine I spend the most time in by far, in the MagnumPI livery of course :-)
Recent hi-lights: (birds I've bought or downloaded in the last few weeks that I'm expecting to spend way too many hours in over time)
Deans repaints: http://www.deeknow.com/
X570 Mini-ITX m/b - Ryzen7 5700X3D (8c/16t) - RTX 2060-super - 32GB 3600MHz DDR4 - Win10 - P3Dv5.3

Does this have a realistic panel and VC?
