Hi guys, quick question, i am having issues, i will be flying along on ivao and be in final approach or at cruise, then the dreaded fsx has stopped responding dialog box, then the option to restart comes up. is this the dreaded out of memory error, or is it something else? i have sp2 installed. now the odd thing is that fsx seems to be working fine, with no stutters or freezes. it has happend quite a few times of late, would happen as i start it up or after 4 hours of flying.

any help is muchly appreciated

Is it on approach to a certain airport?

What other programs are you running?- There could be memory leaks from there.

Have you examined task manager to see your RAM usage history immediately prior to crashing?

nope, it will do it to any airport, i am starting to think that it is one certian aircraft, got to sit down and test my theory, but i am suspecting that it is the wilco e-jets that are causing the issue, it didn't seem to have a problem with the leveld 767 or anything else that i have in my hanger, it is srtrange though that i can fly for four hours and it won't crash, or i can be booting up and it will crash.

only other program i am running is ivap in fsx. ram usage seem to be pretty steady, with no noticable spikes or drops before or after crash,

I have that sometimes on vatnz too its because when i bring up overhead panel throttles and autopilot or any other extention at the same time i overload the computer she doesn't like it! it does this mostly on the saab340 but ever since iv had the wilco 737 when ever i shut down fsx it says error fsx not responding.
