SP1 and SP2

A forum specifically to discuss the latest and greatest of all flight simulators

I have installed FSX. Installed SP1 and then checked via the Sim to see if it had installed ok. It showed SP1 ok. I then installed SP2 and checked again
and notice the SP1 had disappeared but SP2 is shown. I presume that SP2 replaces SP1?. Can someone confirm this before I carry on with further installations.?

Many thanks for prompt reply. I needed that to be confirmed before I went any further.
Having been on FS9 the only program I have at present for FSX is "Across the Strait" so will give that a go with fingers crossed LOL.
