Had to drive to Christchurch for a meeting today and the sunrise looked like this:



Arrived in CHCH early so drove into the airport for a look and caught these aircraft all coming and going in around 15 minutes.













After the meeting I stopped in again and spotted this leaving:

sweet, nice ones, my flight to woodbourne left just before the c-17, you must of saw it, was a bug

You got lucky! I live in CHCH and have yet to snap a C17 leaving laugh.gif

Had that C17 in mid Wed's during the blusty northwester , second biggest to use the runway 11/29 , had quite a riot in the control tower when a Sinapore 777 ..... its days like those you want to be out the back of the airport smile.gif
