Happened to spot these guys in my travels today so stopped off to take a couple of photos.
Didnt have time for a proper visit but nevermind.

I'll see that F-27 in about an hour when it flies out on its way to Palmy!

I only found out that the airforce were doing this by looking on here-didn't see them or anything.

The Hueys did a six ship fly over for a recruit Graduation parade as well. Nothing like the sound of multiple Hueys - I have seen 14 (from memory), all of them, fly over at Hobsonville - that was noisy !!

Yer they are pretty loud.
At the Searchlight Tattoo here just one did a flyover a few times as part of the show and wow ohmy.gif
I hadn't heard one for ages before that and I'd really forgotten how loud they were.
It's a good loud though thumbup1.gif
