as you can see, there is always something different
it is a tough job but some one has to do it laugh.gif , i have heard there is a sea fury on airport, now all i have to do is get to see it ninja.gif

biggrin.gif Jas , ya really needed that Lake Buccaneer in some of your previous early shots biggrin.gif plenty of old Canberra Bombers to spare

yeah he could have landed on the grass runway the other day, there was plenty of water on it!!!!!! it is only one of three in Aust. There are two Canberras out on the Cunningham highway, rotting away, such a shame

now i haven't forgotten about the promised interior shot of the DC-4, i am just waiting for the right moment, i.e. next time it is opened up!!!

some news on the DC-4, HARS, the same guys who has restored the constellation, are going to fly the dc-4 out and restore her to full flying status, sad to see the old girl go, but it is where it is going i am pleased about, no scrap heap for her, i was talking to a couple of HARS guys when they looked her over, they all said they will definitely get her flying again, and don't worry i wil be getting lots of pics of her leaving when she does

Jas .... a HARS DC4 .. SUPERB .. ! QANTAS operated the 4 , they did amazing work on the Connie , Great News smile.gif

how could i not!!!, i always loved working on airports, from Napier to Hamilton in nz, and now Archerfield. there are lots of Pac's over here, we had two here for quite some time, they are due back soon, doing Aeriel mapping here. will try to get more pics when they come back
