Just uploaded a fix for the elevation levels to Avsim.

I accidentally included the wrong flatten bgl files with the original Hokitika Airport upload.
Hokitika Airport sits on a raised prominatory, directly ABOVE the town of Hokitika, and not level
with the town as it is portrayed in the first upload.
These files correct that error.
