Almost download file

Hi I almost finishished downloading a large file, and then my mum turned off the modem. Do you know if I can finish downloading the last 4%? I turned the modem back on, but it wasn't doing anything and then the DL box closed.

If it is still in your internet explorer cache, can't you just redownload it from the original link and it will spring back to 96% then continue with the rest?

No such luck Bugger over 250 megs aswell, and only 600 meg left for 2 weeks
