Since the flight aboard the C-130 I have received a load of emails regarding how the photos came out so here is as Corsair photo for you.
Over the coming months we can expect to see some great images in books and magazines from the photographers on that flight as Phil MaKanna, Craig Justo, and Rob Neil were there as were the video guys so I am thinking that this years Wanaka DVD will be something quite special.

I think it's a perfectly *hideous* aircraft - but the pic is absolutely superb!! Looks like a calendar image if ever there was one ;-)

I also think the F-111 is pretty 'orrible - with no saving graces - yet I've always liked the F-4 (work that one out!). Give me a Spitfire and a Tornado any day ... but for absolute perfection (maximum noise combined with maximum grace) I reckon you just can't beat an Su-27! If they're the "supermodels" then I reckon my "girl next door" has to be the DC-3.

Ooops ... have I just hi-jacked this thread?

I don't know what I like about it... everything I think!

Looks like this was an awesome flight and that you had a great time overall.
