Step back in time to the late eighties and watch a couple of Strikemasters returning home to Ohakea from a training sortie in the South Island.

Good one Kea!
Good pick of music, too...
When the lead went down like an elevator out of control, I thought: "Heh, how's he going to rescue this video?"
I know the work that goes into these, keep it up!

That looks awesome! Did you record the first aircraft on recorder module then follow it in the second?

Brill vid, I gave you a 5 star rating on youtube :)

I'd also be interested to know how you did that formation- it looks like two different pilots on multiplayer but I see you mentioned the recorder module in the credits, did you use the .frc track converter?

Yeah, I recorded the lead Strikemaster then flew it again (using him as traffic), recording it a second time. I don't know a lot about FS Recorder, but that works, even though it takes a bit of time. I forgot to mention too that I'm running Active Sky and X Graphics - heaps better cloud textures than the default.

I ummed and ahhed about the soundtrack for a while, but eventually Dobbo won through - it had to be something kiwi for those two old ducks.

Nice video the ol Strikemaster was certainly a good aircraft in its time pity FSX doesn't support mirrors yet but that pit looks outstanding.
