Removing default airport landclass strips

An area to discuss scenery addons for virtual NZ

Can any one help with how do you remove the default landclass runway strips when you correct the position of the runway as shown in this pic. (center to right)

That looks more like an exclude rather than landclass. Excludes are the areas surrounding airports to exclude (and often flatten) the existing land. Means you don't get trees growing on your taxiways or fuel pumps on the runway. The other effect they have is that the ground takes on a generic grass texture.

Editing it can be a real pain, since it's built into one of the default BGLs (in FS9 at least anyway). You need to use something like SBuilder.

I have already used an exclude over the whole area and also flatteners, I will take a look At Sbuilder thou.

Can't do it easily in FS9. In FSX you can create a vector exclude via SBuilder.
