I love it! thanks so much its awesome. Anyone know how to clear up the gauges in the vc? They are all fuzzy for me. I'll try upload a picture latter.

If the vc was upgraded in the future with more detail and function it would be the best chopper!

Thanks again guys!

Nice one guys- the outside model looks really good, and for me it seems easy to fly than some other choppers I've tried in the past.

However, the interior and VC textures are ... unsure.gif I don't think any of the gauges even work? Unfortuantly I suspect that will put off a lot of people.

Also, what's with the rotar textures? I'm no expert but they seem to spin a little slowly compared to other addon a/c I use.

hey ya Trolly , mm gauges , i believe they are working on that , as with a FSX model , maybe , Idea , get it out there and build on it , have others with input ... in high res i get gauges working in VC , mentioned = that was an issue , its wicked from all angles and still being worked .. one hell of a SUPERB for prototype clapping.gif and New_Zealand_etc.gif

Great effort!
It does all I want my Seasprite to do...
Off to Ohakea to show those ol' Iroquois a thing or two

OK it can fly over water too. and rescue people

Guys a quick email to the team here wouldn't hurt a bit.
It's totally awesome that someone takes the trouble to put together a model like this. New_Zealand_etc.gif

Just been flying her around and thinking how cool would it be to have a model of a guy on the M60 machine gun that pops out when you open the door?

Great external modeling and the doors and winch are a real bonus. Superb effort.
Be great to see it eventually updated to an improved VC and retractable gear. In the meantime I will enjoy it.
Cheers
Steve
Remember the 50-50-90 rule. Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong!

If you press "G" the gears will retract.

OK they can be tweaked and plugged into the AI role too.
Maybe down the road the models could be simplified a little for AI, but if your system can take it this works well:

The Seasprite is a blunt instrument, alright.
Next to it, the Beech looks positively sleek

Nice stuff Charl- I've just been on a 'sortie' around Marlborough in the Kayman myself, and couldn't help thinking how much better it would have been with another twin at my side!

But why I've really posted here is for this question- Is it possible to get an effect with this heli that causes all the grass to blow up/sea to spray when you hover above it? (I think it's called rotor wash- can't be sure, I'm a plank flyer)

I've seen it with many other models but have no idea how to add it with the Kayman...

Thought those faces were too well made just to be strangers!
But, look carefully, and see the paintbrush has been applied to 01 and there is a new crew member...
