It's the same picture, alright, now mysteriously part of the STS-118 Shuttle Mission Imagery collection.
It's a bit of a worry really - NASA disburses billions of dollars and they re-use old photos for the latest mission??
I am reminded of that American flag flapping gently on a lunar surface where no wind should blow...
