Sorry, don't quite know why that is. It worked fine for me when using a download manager, but seems to corrupt when trying to download it normally.
Anyway, I have temporarily uploaded it here

I'll see about fixing the link on the IVAO page later smile.gif

I got the file but it doesn't work properly on IVAC - it just shuts down!

I've just tried downloading it, and it loads up fine for me.

Have you tried loading it more than once? IvAc froze when I tried to load it for the first time just now, but it worked fine second time round.

If it still doesn't work, PM me your email address, and I'll send it directly by email, and see if that works

I just sent you a PM.
This is what is inside the file:

<html>
<head>
<title>The page is temporarily unavailable</title>
<style>
body { font-family: Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif; }
</style>
</head>
<body bgcolor="white" text="black">
<table width="100%" height="100%">
<tr>
<td align="center" valign="middle">
The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.<br/>
Please try again later.
</td>
</tr>
</table>
</body>
</html>

obviously the file didn't upload properly.

For IVAC, do I need teamspeak? If so how I connect it up for IVAC use?

If you want to control by voice, then you will need Teamspeak. It is extremely easy, just download it, install it, and when connecting to IvAc, there is a box that says 'voice.'
Just select a server from the voice box (any server will do really, but I generally use the US or CA server, and TS will connect automatically. You will then need to right click on the left hand menu in TS and click 'create channel,'' then enter NZWN_TWR and Wellington Tower as topic, no password. Then that's it!

Yes, inside TS, click 'settings,' --> 'sound settings.' Then select "push to talk" and then choose a key (I use the left ctrl key), and then set that.
Also, play around with the volume a bit, using the 'activate local test' button.

Its best to use a Push-to-Talk (PTT) key, otherwise if you use voice activiation you get all the sneezes, coughs, background music etc. smile.gif

Jimmy can't make it tonight so if anyone else wants I'll go on for 1/2 an hour or so in about 10 mins and do a few VFR circuits or an IFR arrival into NZWN (Not too sure about giving clearances yet)
Just say so if you will

In IvAc, just click 'connect' and then in 'callsign' type NZWN_TWR. Enter your Name, then IVAO VID, and IVAN password. Keep Port6809, and then select the servers. Any one will do.
TS will start automatically, as I mentioned in a previous post.

It should be done automatically. If not go to Settings>Options in TS and select the Input device you want. winkyy.gif
