Yes, NAC did fly the occassional F27 there, as did Safe Air in their Bristol 170s, and the Air Force in Bristols , as well as a number of others over the years.

I could e-mail you the scenery,. I have no idea if it will work in FSX or not. It relies mostly on buildings etc from the Runway-12 Static Objects library, and i have no idea whether thats compatible with FSX or not.
You will need to have the Rwy-12 Static Objects library installed and activated for the buildings to show.
