FSX install problem

hey guys, when im installing FSX i get an error message then my installation cancels, the Error message is:

ErrorNumber:0x80040702
Description: Failed to load DLL: GameuxInstallHelper
Flight Simmulator X will now terminate


so if anyone can help please do

I take it you are re-installing,

Make sure you have ALL of the old files removed from previous installations

Are you doing a new install or a reinstall.If you are doing a reinstall then you need to download a small file from Microsoft called,"mskb928080.exe".This is needed to reset your registry otherwise you will not be able to reactivate,I think the error message is 1702,But I stand to be corrected on that.There is an article on Microsoft's site that explains it and also the instructions for using the file

its a reinstall and all old files are deleted
