This thread is going off-topic quickly.

This is my final say on Craigs matter- We are not going to remove SUBS17 screenshots, they are compleatly appopriate. We have the occasional screenshots in other threads in other sub-forums, and no one has complained about that. The screenshot forum is for posting threads soley dedicated to screenshots.

For those who don't want to see images- hit the big red "STOP" button at the top of your page. If you use Mozilla Firefox, there is a handy tool called Image Viewer which lets you load individual images one at a time after you have stopped the data loading.

I don't think this is about the thread at all, Its about everyone's dislike for Craig.

All he was doing was voicing his opinion like everyone else, and he's being singled out. Its seems like the minority doesn't count around here.

I applaud Craig and Airwolf for standing up and voicing their opinions.

If Admin want NZFF to go places, they need to take it seriously and not have two sets of rules, one set for one lot of members and one lot for another. Don't sit there and say its not happening - We, as members ARE NOT stupid. We KNOW whats going on.

There needs to be a clearer set of rules, and people need to follow them. And Admin need to enforce them.

I can guarantee that if it had been Craig that posted this topic, it would have got moved to the Screenshot thread, or even deleted. Its quite sad really.

But what do I know. I'm part of the minority.

I give it 10 or so minutes before this post gets edited/deleted.

Yep exactly my point: "The proof of the pudding is in the eating"- One cant say that because they may have played Grand Theft Auto, they decided to do the same in real life and didnt have a choice in the matter? I personally think the relationship is more of B>A rather than an A>B relationship and that it isnt causative (where A = Playing computer games, B = Violent tendencies).

If you wanted to look at it statistically, you could say that it is the very very very small minority of people that play computer games with violence actually go on to carry out similar things in the real world.

I cant say ive ever felt the desire to crash EJY into Whakatane hospital (that is about the tallest building around here haha)

Still stand by my opinion and its only a game do whatever you please... I crash into buildings all the time because straight lines are borring.

Now that is something I totally agree with... doing a real-time flight cross-country and instead of wasting time and getting even more bored landing, why not spice your flight up by doing something spectacular?

I think that this is pure paranoia. Noone here has singled Craig out and treated him unfairly - if there is proof of this actually happening, I would like to see it so some action can be taken to rectify the problem.

Forums are about opinions, but we must remember to debate the topic, not the person, otherwise things get nasty really fast...

I don't think for a minute that there are double standards here, again, if anyone thinks there are, please feel free to PM or email me, and I will do my best to see things put right.

We don't want to start alienating people through sets of comprehensive (and complicated) rules - we much prefer to deal with things on a case-by-case basis. Generally speaking, if you feel that something should not be the way it is, PM us and we will do our best to do it sorted.

I know that if Craig had posted this topic, I would not have moved it, it surely is off-topic, and this is where it belongs. I personally don't have a problem with the pictures being posted - but can understand why people are unhappy with the amount, and see it as being excessive. I also think the poster would have seen the reaction, and will apply the experience more in future when posting similarly.

You know, our mission here is not to try and make this forum an admin vs. members debate. Really I think we are all on the same side, we want the same things from a forum, and working together I am sure we can achieve almost anything we put our minds to.

If its not happening then why the hell did Craig get a message from Trolly, telling him to stop complaining, when he was simply voicing his opinion, just like everyone else.

The rules I had in mind weren't complex. It would be simple:

Only post screenshots in the screenshot forum.

I know there are people on here who try and stay away from the screenshot thread because they are on dial-up or limited broadband.
