We headed out to the western grass for some spot landings. It was my first time in a 150, quite different to a Tecnam! (And it was very bumpy over the trees approaching 20)

The pics aren't of me, but I did have a fly - just overflew the box the first time, and missed it by a fair bit the 2nd time. I have an excuse however! - I went first and the cones were put too close to the threshold, so getting down safely over the trees and still hitting the box was a bit hard. The cones were moved soon after to give more space. :)

And yip I like DNY too, very tidy.

You're a legend Brock !!
Good to see they got DNY up there. That challenger comes into nelson often (well not that often but is a regular in the bizjet category) and is a very flash machine indead !

And good to see the big yellow bus in action too !!

Heheh, I'll leave that pic up for a wee bit longer  Sorry to spoil your fun, I'm not very photogenic unless I try   (the instructor is very much into getting candid pics of people looking stupid, if she found this...)

Yes please for a NZ repaint of the 150 - the one you have pictured above looks like a good candidate.

The Chllanger is owned by an ex Nelsonite who now lives in Sydney.

By the way that Baron is still for sale.
