My first flight.

I've chosen to start at Auckland and end at Wellington.
I've also decided to use the Air New Zealand 777-200 the whole way.

NZAA - KSFO
Departure time - 7:10 a.m.
Arrival time - 12:01 a.m.

Hate to mention this.... if you hadn't done that initial 180, you could have reached Wellington a whole lot quicker!!!! :P

16x speed! Sheesh! (wish I could have done that RW  )

can i just ask what sort of setup (ie. CPU/RAM, GPU and vid settings) you are using?

I notice that you have lots of jagged lines rather than smooth straight ones... I used to have it, then I managed to make it go away, but after a re-install, they're back again...

I am thinking I have messed up my Anti-Aliasing settings or something, but I'd be keen to see what settings you have, so I can compare.

i have Anti-Aliasing settings set in the sim to nothing i only have them set within the card
4x on one and 8x out on the other setting and the sim only has tril filtering on also screen res will do this when captured try different settings and take a screen shot each time to compere

that round the world thing has taken off since towerguy and craig and i started to do them .craig and i covered so many mile real time and are still stick somewhere over asia this reminds me we must continue with it someday soon i said to craig we mite be a year with this flight :plane:
good luck kelburn its a long way around if you stop at each airport on the way
have you got a map off your planned root ?

Yeah FS2002 I think the jagged lines has something to do with my resolution.

To get rid of the Jagged liens you need to turn on anti-aliasing (AA) on your graphics card - NOT in the sim options.

Leg two.

San Francisco - St Maartin

I'm not sure if I can use this map. Does anybody know where I can get a free map that I can legally use on the web. Like towerguy's map?

Because its so freakin' boring at normal speed.. Who is really going to sit at their comp for 16 hours straight? :P It's not as if you're missing anything, the scenery on fs2002's not anywhere near real life

I dunno, FS2002 has its perks in scenery.

Yea, but even then how well could they have modelled the ocean to make it interesting to look at after half an hour? :P
