Jusy recently for no reason the ATIS weather readout starts up while flying. When this happens it blocks out ATC comms ,then just as suddenly it dis-appears again .Does anyone know the cause or how to fix it. Thanks.

Is it Whenuapai by chance? Whenuapai ATIS is the same as the default radio freq in FSX. If this is the case, then simpy tune the radio to another freq.

It was in North West Africa but you may be onto the right track as I have started tuning the Nav 1 radio before a flight .I have FS9. I will take note. The frequences are 100.300, 108.500 , or 109.500 mostly in that area.Thanks
