WLG movements

A place for 'real world' pilots and aviation enthusiasts to discuss their hobby

Postby chopper_nut » Mon May 14, 2007 9:30 am

I have set up this topic to keep you all informed of WLG movements

17th May - Falcon 900 - D-AZEM - 2115 through 1800 on the 20th - Arrived + Departed[color=black] (See photo below)

20th May - A340-300 - Olympic Airlines - 2100 through 1700 next day - Not happening now. CAA would not give approval for aircraft to fly into WLG without the crew being familiarised with the airport.

28th May - A330 - Philippines state visit - 0630 through 1800 Arrived + Departed

31st July - Cessna 525 - ZK-TBM - 1300 through 1400

All information subject to change at the last minute as per SOP!!!

Also, Sounds Air's new Grand Caravan is online ZK-SAA. Was doing compass testing on the international apron 15-5-07 (See photo below)

This will be the topic that I will post all photos and news onto from now on.

Rather nice MU-2 there, I've seen it a few times at Ardmore in the last few days.

Cheers mate, the day that I took the Dash could have been better if I had been there in the afternoon. I was looking into the sun for most of those photos. Ill go over there tomorrow I think when the work site goes quiet.
