Do what? Mesh scenery is the elevation data that gives you detailed hills etc.

What exactly are you trying to do? Change the elevation of the airport? This is done with flatten polygons, i recommend you download SBuilder and try it (I haven't tried it myself so am of little help).

The site also contains other useful tools.
Testers are born to fiddle. What does this button do? Oh! Never mind.....
